Intinya dalam game ini ada 5 pekerjaan Farmer (農民), Craftsman (職人), Merchant (商人), Samurai (武士), and Shogun Retainer (幕臣). begitu mereka naik level 5. pekerjaan mereka bisa diganti. Tapi bukan kairosoft kalau nggak ada combo dan hal lain yg mesti dipikirin. semua pekerjaan diatas mesti balance dalam 1 kota.
